Yoga for Runners

Guerilla Running is happy to offer Yoga for Runners. Flexibility is essential in avoiding injuries, increasing strength, and maintaining holistic health. Classes will provide you with a yoga practice specific to the needs of every runner, cyclist, athlete, and active person. Classes are appropriate for ALL levels (no experience with yoga is necessary). 

 

$10/drop-in. $80/10-class card. Classes are held at The Yoga Loft (219 Legion Way SW, Olympia, WA).


Class Schedule:

Sundays. 7-8PM. Starting January 6, 2012.

***Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in and set up. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.***
