"I have totally enjoyed the workouts, they are fun but challenging and I really appreciate Rachael’s approach to competing with yourself and pushing yourself for your own individual improvement. I did a really challenging 10 mile trail run recently that involved a lot of stairs and hills and I felt great, strong and fast my running partner said I was actually speeding up when climbing the hills! I have boot camp to thank for that!" -Amy C.

"Every week I really look forward to the sessions.  You are so very encouraging of everyone who comes out.  I'm stronger in my abilities to do the strength training portion and am hoping, with time, I can build on my running. Thanks again Rachael for everything you are doing for runners in our community.  I'm happy and thankful that Guerilla Running is now a part of my life.  So nice to be making new acquaintances, friends, and just spending time with fellow runners." - Shelby H.

"First of all, thank you for the tough love at boot camp! I'm having a blast... it hurts, but it's fun and even though it's sometimes tough to drag my ass there, I'm ALWAYS glad I did." -Teresa L.
