Beginners. May 30-July 4. $55/6-class session; $10/drop-in
Intermediate/Advanced Boot Camp. Mondays & Thursdays. 6PM. Marathon Park. Each session will intersperse running with challenging cross training intervals. These work-outs are designed to increase speed, prevent injury, and improve endurance. You will be provided location schedules upon registration. Space limited to 35 participants in each session.
Beginners Boot Camp. Thursdays. 6PM. Marathon Park. Beginners Boot Camp is perfect for people with no running or fitness experience. The 10-week program will allow you to gently explore your body's capabilities in a safe and supportive environment. No experience necessary. A great place to begin your fitness journey!
What to bring.... You will need a medicine ball (2-8lbs.) and a yoga ball. Please bring these to all sessions.
