Winter Cross 2011 - 3K and 5K Youth/Masters/Open XC Races


Winter Cross offers runners fun and competitive 3k and 5k Cross Country running events. All ages, all levels welcome.

Airport Golf and Batting Cages golf course, a ten minute drive south of Olympia. http://www.airportgolfcenter.com/


Schedule of Events:

9:00 AM – Start of 3k. [Youth (13 & Under), Youth Team, and Community Open]

9:30 AM – Start of Women’s 5k. [Open, Team, Masters (40-59), Veterans (60+)]

10:00 AM – Start of Men’s 5k. [Open, Team, Masters (40-59), Veterans (60+)]

10:30 AM - Awards 

Entry Fees

·          Teams - Youth, Open & Masters:  $50 (10 persons max per team). $5 each additional team member. Youth and Masters 3 person teams: $20

·           Individual Cost (3k / 5k): Youth - $8.00    Adult - $10.00    60+ - $8.00

Award Categories

·           Youth 3k: Individual awards for top 3 men and women overall & top 3 boys and girls. Awards for top 3 teams (3 person scoring). B & G’s age group winners (11-13; 10 & under)

·          Open  3k : Awards for top 3 M & W

·          Masters & Veterans 5k: Awards for top 3 M & W teams (3 person scoring). Top 3 men & women overall. Men and women age group winners (40-49; 50-59; 60+)

·          5k: Individual awards for top 5 Open men & women, Team awards for top 3 men’s and women’s  teams (5 person scoring). Men and women age group winners  (14-19, 20-29, 30-39)
