Women's Moon Run 4K & Half Marathon Training Groups

Women's 4K Training Group
May 26 - July 7, 2012. This group is perfect for women new to running who want to explore their inner runner in a safe and supportive environment. Group will meet Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. $75/6-week session (includes race entry); $100/6-week session (includes race entry and t-shirt). Limited to 50 runners. Women's Half Marathon Training Group
May 1 - July 7, 2012. Have you been curious about the half marathon distance? This group is designed for women that are looking to complete their first half marathon or who just want to train for a half marathon in a supportive and fun environment. Group starts Tuesday, May 1, 2012. This 10-week program will help you cross the finish line strong. Group meets Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings. Limited to 35 runners. $150/10-week session (includes race entry and t-shirt). Register on-line or by mail. |

Spring Marathon & Half Marathon Training Groups
HALF MARATHON TRAINING GROUPS
Let's go to Eugene! This group is designed for runners that are looking to complete their first half marathon or who just want to train for a half marathon in a supportive and fun environment. Group starts February 4, 2012. Program meets Tues. (PM) and Sat. (AM). We encourage participants to also participate in our Weds. night social run that meets at the Oly Farmer's Market at 5:30PM. MARATHON TRAINING GROUP
Training for a MARATHON is about persistence, commitment, and science. Knowing how to work with the body's physiology is key to running your best 26.2. Starting January 14, 2012, we will be hosting a 16-week marathon training program. The program is designed to do more than just facilitate you getting in miles; it's built to make each mile count and ensure that your encouraging the necessary changes in your physiology to be successful! Puget Sound Classic 5K Training Groups
Run for Fun 5K Training Group
August 20 - September 29, 2012. $75/person (includes entry to Puget Sound Classic 5K). Join us for this 6-week training group. Group meets Weds. at 6PM at the Olympia Farmer's Market and Sat. at 7:30AM at Marathon Park. The group is perfect for people new to running or who prefer to train with others. ALL LEVELS.
Run YOUR Fastest 5K Training Group
August 20 - September 29, 2012. $75/person (includes entry to Puget Sound Classic 5K). Are you wanting to better your 5K time? This 6-week training group will provide you with the speed and power work necessary to run your fastest 5K. Coaches, Craig Dickson & Rachael Jamison, will provide all levels of runners with an intensive training program that peaks at the Puget Sound Classic 5K.

October 1 - December 3, 2012. Guerilla Running hosts an annual 10-week half marathon training program starting in late September. Group trains to run the Holiday Half in Portland, OR. Training group meets Weds. nights and Saturday mornings. Stay tuned for 2012 information....

Mountain Marathon & Hillbilly Half Marathon Training Groups
January 8-March 3. Group will meet every Sunday at 7:30 AM at the West Olympia Starbucks (behind Rite Aid). Half group is for you if you are newer to trails, newer to distance running, and can successfully run 5 miles on roads. Marathon group is for you if you want to know the course before you run it, are newer to trails, and can successfully run 10 miles on roads. Trails are tough and will be much slower than road half marathon training. This group is a great way to learn trail running technique and get to know the race course.
Half Marathon Group: 8-weeks. $110/person (includes race entry). See you in 2013!

SPEED CAMP with Guerilla Running
Are you ready to take your running to the next level? Are you interested in learning how you can get faster and stay injury free? This 6-week camp will provide you with feedback on your running form and work-outs that are certain to increase your power and speed. Camp will be held at the Capital High School track. Open to all levels of runners - from beginners looking to PR at their next event to elite athletes looking for an edge. Thursday nights at 6PM at the Capital High School Track starting June 30. $50/6-week session. No drop-ins. Space is limited.
