Guerilla Running Boot Camp
We offer challenging boot camps, Mondays and Thursday nights in Olympia, designed for the unique needs of runners. In January 2013, we will be adding a Thursday night Beginner's Boot Camp. Yoga for Runners
All runners and athletes need focussed time on maintaining and improving flexibility. We offer two yoga classes a week designed for athletes. Our certified yoga instructors provide a gentle and necessary opportunity to increase flexibility and eliminate injury. Classes are all levels. More information here.
